  1. Digital Pattern Policy

    All digital PDF sewing and quilting patterns from Hey Honey Muffin are non-returnable and non-refundable.

    Due to the nature of digital products, once a file has been delivered, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. Thank you for understanding!

    Please double-check your cart and email address before completing your purchase. If you experience any issues downloading your pattern or have questions about the file, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always happy to help ensure you have everything you need to start your project.

  2. Upcycled Vintage Quilt Products

    We want you to love your Hey Honey Muffin purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date and must be postmarked no later than 45 days from the original purchase date.

    Please note:

    • Return shipping costs are not covered by Hey Honey Muffin. Return labels will not be provided.

    • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

    • Because our products are made from vintage and upcycled materials, natural variations and signs of age are part of their charm and not considered defects.

    • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in return transit, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

    To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll be happy to guide you through the process.

  3. Hardware Return Policy

    We want you to feel confident in every piece you purchase from Hey Honey Muffin. If you need to return purse-making hardware for any reason, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as the item is postmarked no later than 45 days from the original purchase.

    Please keep in mind:

    • Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

    • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide return labels or cover shipping costs.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
